Bridgman Communications, Inc., a well-respected, local telephone company, works from a customer base that was started over twenty-six years ago. Our core business is the sale, installation, maintenance and relocation of telephone systems, voice mail systems, and related peripherals.
We are proud to be Telephone Technology Leaders in the Washington Metropolitan area with proven delivering of state of the art quality equipment and service to support today's marketplace especially in the Voiceover Internet Protocol environment (VoIP) technology arena. Our goal is to deploy the latest upgradable services to small, medium and large companies looking to migrate to a VoIP environment by delivering diverse capabilities that will streamline business operations and accessibility while reducing traditional telecom expenses.
We provide engineering support, programming, cabling and installation services (both voice and data) as well as complete customer training, customized to fit the particular configuration of your system, and the classes of service and types of phones you have selected.
We also offer our services with respect to any necessary interaction with Verizon or other Carrier at no additional charge. Since we are a telephone company, we deal with a special group set up within the local utility and other selected carrier companies and we enjoy a very high level of service commitment from them.

We also offer the programming and training in three different stages. Programming sessions are held prior to cutover as a result of the engineering applications meeting, after cutover to make any necessary adjustments in system configuration, and a third session to "fine-tune" the system and to make additional system changes. Training is started prior to cutover with a basic "get acquainted" session to learn the basics of the telephone products. A second session is held on the day of cutover or very soon after to explain the operation of all system features. This can be organized any way desired: by department, class of service or features, or type of telephone. The third training session is a "refresher" session that is done within the first six months to ensure that the users are taking advantage of the system capabilities customized to the way they do business.
To support the changes in personnel, programming enhancements and upgrades, Bridgman Communications offers virtual training sessions to maximize time, reduce travel expenses, and allow the user the ability to access training tutorials as often as desired. The result is a knowledge and cohesive office environment, where frustrations can be eliminated due to unfamiliarity with the product and capabilities.
Each system we sell or support on a maintenance basis is fully covered for one year, all inclusive of parts, labor, and travel. On all new systems sales, we include remote programming at no additional charge for the length of the warranty and continue this policy for on going maintenance agreements.
When requested, we provide objective third party analysis services for telecommunications issues such as hardware/vendor evaluation/selection, system integration, facilities surveys, and telephone company records interpretation and analysis.
We believe the purchase of a communications system, or maintenance of an existing system, requires a long term commitment from the supplier. Our involvement begins with advising our customers which system/service will meet their immediate and long term needs. When they decide to utilize our services, we provide a complete turnkey arrangement with total responsibility as the single point of contact. We feel strongly that this will establish the most cohesive situation for all parties concerned.
